The University of Nebraska's Data Warehouse is a SQL-based depository of SAP and NeSIS student data. The Data Warehouse is relational tables of data available for querying with tools such as Microsoft Access or SQL server. Data stored in the Warehouse is both historical and current. Current SAP transactions are refreshed on a daily or weekly basis. Some student data is updated less frequently (once per semester).

1. Get Data Warehouse Security
The University of Nebraska Data Warehouse includes SAP data.
If you are new to the Data Warehouse, complete and submit this online Request for Access form, which will create a ticket that will start a process to get your access set up. You will get updates as work is completed on your ticket. When you receive an email that your ticket is resolved, follow the instructions provided in the email to finalize setup.
2. Establish a Data Connection
Follow these directions to establish a connection from your computer to the data warehouse. Your IT support person can help you through this process, if needed.
