W-4 and W-4N updated for 2023; changes include the removal of references to the IRS's tax withholding estimator at several points in the form and instructions, and an update to the amounts used in the Step 2(b) and Step 4(b) worksheets. DocuSign templates include updated forms.
March 2023: Direct Deposit Form section updated; The preferred method for employees who do not have a bank account is to open one at local bank. Completing the Direct Deposit Form section was also updated to add that the required, accompanying attachment for the form, if submitting via DocuSign, must be 5MB or less in size.
June 2023: Voluntary Self-Identification of a Disability Form section updated; The previous federal form expired on 05/01/2023 and was replaced with the current form, which expires 04/30/2026. DocuSign templates include updated form.
February 2024: Personnel Data Form (PDF) section updated to include definitions of the date specifications that were added to the form. DocuSign templates include updated form.
