SAP users,

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is returning to PeopleAdmin for Applicant Tracking and Position Management effective December 1, 2025. This change is in response to campus feedback related to operational needs and efficiencies. 

Starting December 1:

  • All job postings and position management submissions should be input into PeopleAdmin.
  • The previous routing and workflow process within PeopleAdmin will be utilized until it can be aligned with the streamlined efforts put in place in the Position Management Tool and SuccessFactors.  

Job postings already in SuccessFactors will continue in that system until the search process is complete.  Units may elect to move postings from SuccessFactors to PeopleAdmin by working with their HR Facilitator.

SuccessFactors is UNL’s system for recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.  Initial implementation in September 2025 includes recruiting and onboarding processes.

Roles in SuccessFactors

Initiator 

Can: Start the requisition process. 

  • Complete all requisition fields

Cannot: 

  • Edit staff position job profiles in SuccessFactors.
