When an employee’s Supplemental Paid Parental Leave request has been approved, Human Resources will notify Payroll, who will create a Supplemental Paid Parental Leave quota for the employee. Supplemental Paid Parental Leave cannot be entered or coded as such until the quota has been created by Payroll.
Time Entry
Supplemental Paid Parental Leave is entered for absences due to applicable parental leave and is coded as SPPL. BW employees enter SPPL through ESS Time, and MO employees enter SPPL through ESS Leave.
