Tableau

Audience: Tableau is useful for UNL administrators and decision makers.

Tableau is a data visualization product specializing in business intelligence. It works with hundreds of data sources, allows for fast and easy visualization design and deployment and works with all devices. The University of Nebraska provides Tableau to all campuses to improve data access and decision making.

Features

Tableau Reporting for Business and Finance is a series of Tableau reports designed for UNL administrators that provide for visual analysis of data for decision-making. To access these reports, open Tableau and go to the projects folder "UNL - Business and Finance" --  these visualization projects focus on Budget, Financial, Payroll and Procurement data. For questions, please email financialsystems@unl.edu. This quick reference guide provides more detail about the Business and Finance visualizations.
