Fillable PAF
The Update/Change PAF is only available as a fillable .pdf and is located in SAPPHIRE. The form is completed by typing the information directly into the document using the default blue font color in sentence case (not all caps). After the PAF has been reviewed for accuracy and the two authorized signatures have been obtained, it must be submitted to Payroll for processing into SAP.
