A New Hire/Rehire (paper) PAF is only needed when a New Hire/Rehire ePAF is not being used to enter the new hire or rehire action into SAP. If a New Hire/Rehire ePAF is being used, instead of a paper PAF, the last section on the Personnel Data Form (PDF), “Internal Use Only for New Hire/Rehire PAF”, must be completed.
